Booking Guidelines:

  • No booking will be accepted within five (5) days of departure.

Fare Guarantees:

  • Fare is guaranteed at time of booking only when accompanied by a valid form of payment. In the event a credit card transaction is declined for any reason the fare is subject to change until a valid form of payment is received.

Our vendors may rebook certain itineraries due to routing problems caused by airlines.

Shipping and Delivery:

  • HTL charges $25.00 for DHL two day delivery
  • Tickets will be delivered 2 weeks prior to departure

Cancellation and Refunds
